Email from President Susi Eurich [Dec 11, 2012, updated Dec 17]:

"Great job & excellent performance in Warwick this past Sunday [Dec 9th]!!!!!!!!!! The feed back from so many audience folks absolutely loved the entire program!!! And not to mention the 4 PM start time. We, especially me, are greatly appreciative of all the folks that have helped with with our Holiday Concert program, from the flyers & programs, setting up & breaking down the Warwick risers & chairs, setting up & cleaning up our reception, etc, etc. Also want to thank everyone that supported our fundraisers. Had a lot of great things happening. Thank you all!!!

Just to let you know about the gifts we gave to Stanley & Gail were - Our gift to Stanley was a gift certificate for two for a dinner & a show at the Westchester Broadway Theater & a WVC T Shirt. Our gift to Gail was the floral arrangement we presented to her Sunday evening & a gift certificate to one of her favorite restaurants. Both are very pleased & appreciate to all chorale members for the great gifts!!!!!!

We are now looking for a 3rd venue to hold our 3rd concert for the Spring Season that can accommodate approximately 80 singers, an orchestra if we can afford it & Stanley's podium. Please let me know if you have any ideas within Orange County & surrounding areas. We will be needing to schedule as soon as we begin our Spring session.

Speaking of which, I will know more about when we will begin our upcoming spring season within the next week or so. It may be January 15 or January 22nd. Keep you posted.

Board Members- I'm looking at January 8th for a Board Meeting to go over all kinds of good stuff. 7 PM work for everyone? Again, keep you all posted as responses come in. Once the music for the program we will be doing is together we will be putting the packets together prior to beginning our new season. Keep you posted on this as well.

Rae Catherine, hope you're hanging in there, our WVC "Star". ... Take care & be well!!!

I think I've covered everything for now, however, I expect more info/details to follow.

In the interim, I wish you all a Great & Wonderful Holiday Season & look forward to seeing you mid Jan 2013!!!

As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Thank you & have a great day!

Susi. "
